From there choose your preferred date and time, provide necessary details about your home, and complete the payment process. Alternatively, you can also give us a call to schedule your cleaning service. For commercial you can send us an email regarding you what services you need and our support team will reach out to you, alternatively you can give a direct call to the support team.

  1. What Is Included In A Regular Cleaning?

Our regular cleaning service includes dusting and wiping of surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors), and tidying up common areas.

  1. What Is Included In A Deep Cleaning?

A deep cleaning service goes beyond the standard cleaning and includes detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas, such as baseboards, behind appliances, inside cabinets, and more. It also involves thorough scrubbing and sanitizing of all surfaces.

  1. What Is Included In A Move Out Or Move In Cleaning?

Our move out/move in cleaning service includes deep cleaning of all areas in your property, including inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances. We also pay special attention to areas that often get overlooked, ensuring your space is clean and ready for its new occupants.

  1. Cancellations And Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Refunds are provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  1. Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

There is no rescheduling fee if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment. However, if you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee may apply.

While the vast majority of our cleaners are highly professional and efficient, completing 99.9% of our cleanings within the estimated time, there are occasions where the scope of cleaning exceeds the initial expectation. In such instances, our dedicated support team will proactively reach out to you 30 minutes before the anticipated completion time. We'll discuss the possibility of extending the cleaning duration and inform you of any additional costs that may be incurred as a result. Your satisfaction and transparency in our service delivery are paramount to us.
